"Legal Alien/Extranjera Legal" Before You Read
When I went into 6th grade I finally found myself it’s like I hung out with like the cool crew if that’s the way you want to put it, but I started acting more like mature and being myself so it’s like allot of people expect me to be someone I’m really not. So I started feeling like I had to act like what they expected or I will lose my friends like they would want me to dress a certain way and stuff so it’s like I noticed that I’m not that way. So I actually sat down and talked to my friends and they understood so all this time I thought I should of been a leader and not a follower, I dislike when people feel like they have to fit in I mean just be yourself and you might go places like places you never imagined. It made me a better person and its funny because I notice things like certain people I hang around were all alike so it’s pretty awesome.

"I Wandered Lonely as a Cloud" Before You Read
When I look into the orange groves, I see grass trees and orange, I smell the orange peels and the dirt. Technically you’re not supposed to touch them because there not ours so I never really touched it but when I have an orange I feel the roughness of it. Getting to live among these trees makes me feel like I’m in a jail sail but also safe because who would ever know that I live behind trees with oranges.
"Boy at the Window" Before You Read: Silly Childhood Fear
When I was little, I was afraid of the one eyed man. I thought that he was going to come get me because I was really bad, the adults around me which was my mommy and my sisters thought it was funny they the ones that told me he exist and will be in the window staring at me. One time me and my cousins was being bad it was time for us to go to sleep but we didn’t because obviously we weren’t tired so my sister told us to be quite before the one eyed man come get us we keep being bad, so we finally was worn out so when we laid down we heard this weird nock on the window we were so scared but it was the tree hitting my window. Now, I realize, it was silly because we was so scared of something that wasn’t real, we use it on or younger family members now it’s pretty funny.

“A Blessing” Break into Blossom Paragraph
One day I was at a dinner with my children and my grandkids we all gathered around and told stories, so we finished with my daughters story and went to mine.In2002 I was seven years old when I went to my first foster home it wasn’t that bad they treated me like I was there own, they cared for me but it just wasn’t the same I missed my family and home allot. when I went to my second foster home I was nine they treated me like trash I was terrified of dogs so they would lock me in the room with the dog they hit me for no reason I just hated it there then I moved to Georgia with your great aunt Noreen I had a blast I never experienced nothing better in my life. In 2010 I was 15, I recorded a song for the first time with my cousin Tootie it was awesome it was posted on twitter and allot of people liked it felt like a celebrity for a little while. in January I moved to a place called San pasqual academy its like a boarding school for foster kids I met allot of people there I got a taste of the adult life pretty legit right. When I die I want to be remembered by that girl that was fun and different.

“A Blessing” Break into Blossom Paragraph
A few weeks ago me and my family went to sun set cliffs like every day. We had to walk down cliffs and a rope just to get to the water. Once we got to the water, I saw the seaweed, flies, crabs I was so grossed out. I smelled the stinky water and the seaweed but I had to get used to it because we went everyday that week. I put my feet in the water it felt so good intill the crabs was washed by my feet witch freaked me out I was so disgusted. But this experience had me think that I’m not made for nature but it will be nice to know more about it one of these days.

"Ex- Basketball Player " Paragraph
I don’t think that it prepares young people for life because you can’t only rely on one thing witch is sports you have to have a back up plan and more for life .you still have to go through with your education witch is more important than your other curriculum activity’s. Like me I want to become an actress doesn’t mean that im going to make it to the big screen so I need a back up plan so I overall think that education is important.

SPA Poem
A day at spa is nothing but drama. Since I've been here, drama's been my best friend. She is my friend because I think my life would be boring without her. Like best friends are sometimes, she gets on my nerves. Being here at times feels like she's the only friend I have. I have my good times and my bad times here so it’s not always Hollywood.

"Grape Sherbet" Blog post 2011
I can relate to the "Grape Sherbet" poem because I remember going to my friend grave and I didn’t realize that there was skeletons and bodies under my feet it was weird but i also was in a happy mood when I was there because I also remembered the good times we had and appreciated every little thing that he’s done for me. A phrase that helps me imagine the poem is when it said that morning we galloped through the grassed-over mounds and named each stone. Imagery helps the reader get into character in a way and help them visualize the story and probably can connect with the story and the author.

"I am Offering This Poem"emotion.
The emotion that "I am Offering This Poem" by Jimmy Santiago Baca expresses is well since it seems like he has nothing else to offer but love I’m guessing that’s what its expressing. For example he says I am offering this poem to you since I have nothing else to give you. Keep it warm like coat when winter comes to cove you. it seems like this person is someone who can’t really offer as much as he wants to but doing what he can for the person he loves.Thats why the emotion of this poem was to me kind of weird because the story is nothing but what he is offering I don’t know it’s complicated

"Remember" Homework paragraph
These statements are logical well at least they can be depending on the situation. For example you can be one with a person like if you are in love you kind of in a way become one with that person.I heard this alot from my mom she use to tell me when you find that right person you become one but I can't say that all people can become one I wouldn't know anything about that.Second example you can have a twin and you can do everything with your brother/sister and when you grow up it can possibly be the same. You and the universe can't be one because I just dont think its possible. I do agree with the two sentences being logical but at the same time dont because everyone and everything can't be one.

“A Storm in the Mountains” One with Nature
It was around winter time i was in San Diego at ocean beach. My auntie made me mad because she said that i mistreat her daughter in front of my friends which i think she shouldn't have been with me in the first place. I went to the beach with my sister to have fun and to get away from her.I saw the big waves and the nasty birds. I heard the water splashing against the rocks and the wind hitting my ears.I even picked up a sand crab i was freaked out it was kind of slimy and hard at the same time. This changed me as a person because i never went some where to stop and think about whats going on around me. I fell in love with the beach ever since then because at times it makes me fell like were one.

Paragraph to Persuade You to Read My Poem
"Heart! We Will Forget Him!" by Emily Dickonson is a cool poem. Someone should read this poem because it has meaning to being heart broken. This is interesting because it goes into depth. The poem is about a lady who is convincing "her heart," or herself to forgive a guy. You may not want to read this poem because it might not make sense and it's a little too short, but overall the lesson being told is large and important. Another reason why you should read this poem is because you might be in the woman's situation. The best part of the poem is when she finally forgives him.
