Should plastic bags be banned? ACCESS -TECHNIQUE -VALID

Yes plastic bags should be banned, because we need to save the world and the animals.When i was little i used to go to the corner store and by hot cheetos or something i would take it out of the bag and throw the bag on the ground i didn't know that was easy access for it to go into the lake.I heard that little animals get caught into the handle part which is really sad. I would understand if they had a valid reason giving us plastic bags like if they ran out of paper bags.

Technical colleges

Is technical college right for you? -proficient -sufficient -technical

Technical college is not for me because I want a proficient school, I heard that technical colleges only give you a certificate for one thing and I think that’s what ever people go there for. Whoever is going to a technical college I hope they know what they are getting themselves into.I dont know much about it but what I did hear its not a good place to go.
